For Online Course purchases:
Course materials can be accessed via your online learning portal as soon as purchase is completed and approved by our Program Director.
Terms & Conditions for Payment Installments
For eligible courses with payment installments, Studio Massage Institute will take an initial deposit upon purchase and the remaining balance will then be taken in equal, fixed amounts across a period outlined in your course details. Studio Massage Institute payment installments are fulfilled by bank transfers directed to business account of Studio Massage Institute (request details) or in-person cash payments.
Setting Up an Agreement
A payment installment agreement is automatically set up when you choose a course that is paid for by payment installments from Studio Massage Institute. From Studio Massage Institute’s website, you can view the agreed payment schedule before transferring payment to set up the agreement. You can always view your payment installment balance by sending a request to our Program Instructor at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payments are due as outlined in your course details and invoice, until the end of the agreement. Each time a payment is made, a transaction confirmation email is sent to the email address we have on record for you. If a payment is delayed, we will send you an email to inform you of the steps you need to take to resolve the issue. If payment is delayed more than 7 days, your course access will be put “on hold” until the payment issue is resolved.
